Official Time and Date
Article 26.1 of Law 11/2007 of 22 June,on citizens electronic access to public services states that electronic records are governed for the purpose of calculating periods attributed to both stakeholders and the general government by the official date and time of the electronic access, which should have the necessary security measures to ensure their integrity and visibility.
Furthermore, Article 6.2 j) of Royal Decree 1671/2009, of November 6, 2009, which partially implements this Act, provides that electronic sites shall indicate the official time and date for the purposes specified in Article 26.1 Law 11/2007.
They must be updated for the purpose of guaranteeing this at any given time.
