Privacy Policy

In accordance with the Organic Act on Personal Data Protection 15/1999, of December 13 1999, users and data owners are informed and unequivocally consent to the incorporation of their data into the Consumer file and to the automated processing of such data.  The party responsible for the file is the Association of Registrars. The use and purpose of  such processing is to attend to citizens using the public registry services.


The Privacy Policy of the Association of Registrars guarantees the exercise of rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition under the terms established by current legislation via any of the communication channels of the Association of Registrars at its address in Calle Diego de León n º 21, 28006, Madrid or through the LOPD Support service (902 181 442 / 91 270 16 99) or the e-mail address soporte.lopd @ corpme.es or in general, any of the methods habitually used by users.


Users may, if they think it necessary, also write to the Association of Registrars, Information Systems Service Security Office , Diego de León n º 21, 28006, Madrid.


The Association of Registrars has adopted the legally-required security levels for protecting the personal data and installed all the technical and organisational measures in its power to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the data whose secrecy and confidentiality it guarantees.


The authorisation of users for their data to be processed as indicated above  is required in order to provide this service, and the use thereof implies such acceptance, which is revocable, without retroactive effect, pursuant to the terms of Articles 6 and 11 of Organic Act 15/1999 on Personal Data Protection, of 13 December 1999. In all cases, users are responsible for the veracity of the information provided. The Association of Registrars may exclude any users providing false information from  the services provided to users, without prejudice to any other actions stipulated by law.


The Association of Registrars reserves the right to amend this policy for the purpose of adapting it to new legislation or jurisprudence. In these cases the Association of Registrars shall make any changes required to this document, giving a reasonable term of notice before their implementation.
